1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of BubbleX - Private Freedom, a social and communication application operated by KeDou, and this website. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the age restrictions applicable to the application and your location. Obtain parental or guardian authorization where it is required. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information when registering and use only a phone number you are authorized to use. Keep your device and account access secure. You are responsible for your activity and content, subject to any rights and protections provided by applicable law.
Do not impersonate someone else, misuse another person’s account, or transfer verification codes to third parties. If you suspect that someone else can access your account, review your device and account access and refer to account help.
3. Registration and login SMS
BubbleX uses your phone number and SMS only for registration and login OTP verification. You initiate this process by entering your phone number and actively requesting a code in the app.
No marketing, advertising, or promotional SMS is sent. A verification request is not consent to marketing. Messages are sent in response to your requests, and carrier message or data charges may apply. Delivery may vary by carrier, destination, and network conditions.
Do not request codes to numbers you do not control or use the verification process to harass others, create spam, or overload the service. A code is for your authentication attempt only. Do not share it with anyone.
4. Responsible use
Use BubbleX lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not:
- Threaten, harass, exploit, or abuse others, or share unlawful content.
- Distribute spam, scams, malicious software, or misleading impersonations.
- Share private information or material that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, or other rights.
- Interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Use automated activity to abuse the service or its verification process.
We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users, or comply with applicable law. These terms do not imply that every message is reviewed or that every harmful interaction can be prevented.
5. Your content and other people’s content
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give BubbleX permission to process, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose to use, subject to your settings and the Privacy Policy.
Only share content you have the right to share. Consider your audience before sending a message or publishing a post. Recipients may keep or share information they receive.
Other users are responsible for their own content. BubbleX does not endorse every statement or guarantee the accuracy of information shared through the service. BubbleX branding, software, and other service materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
6. Availability and third-party services
Features, compatibility, and availability may change. Updates, maintenance, mobile networks, or third-party systems may interrupt access or delay messages. We do not promise uninterrupted service or guaranteed SMS delivery.
Download BubbleX through the official App Store listing. Apple and other independently accessed services have separate terms. Carrier, internet, and device-related charges are your responsibility under your arrangements with those providers.
BubbleX is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate local emergency service when immediate help is needed.
7. Stopping use and account requests
You can stop using BubbleX at any time. Removing the application from your device does not itself delete your account or all related information. To request account deletion, follow account and privacy help.
Access may be restricted or ended for a violation of these terms, applicable legal requirements, or service discontinuation. Information retained after use ends is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Responsibility and your legal rights
You are responsible for how you use the service and the material you share. Online services carry risks, including interruption, unauthorized activity, and inaccurate user content. No promise of absolute privacy, security, or availability is made by these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Responsibility for a dispute or loss is determined under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version of this document. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
